Advice on partial(co-sourcing)and full outsourcing of internal audit function

■ Co-sourcing

In the case of co-sourcing arrangement we will typically report to the head of Internal Audit
who will have overall responsibility for directing our work. These assignments may involve
supplementing an in-house team by working alongside them on specific projects we can use
our own internal audit methodology and technology or, if preferred, we will use our client's
methodology and technology.

■ Outsourcing

In a full outsource we report directly to management of the organization. In these
circumstances we will normally use our internal audit methodology, supported by enabling
technologies. We have full developed integration program for existing in-house resources
that ensures a smooth transition of resources that preserves and enhances customer service.
