He is the senior lawyer with dual culture – French and Vietnamese.
Regularly Albert FRANCESKINJ (AF) takes part in conference as a specialist of corporate and business law (CFCE, various Chambers of Commerce in France) and is actually a member of the Board of management of the French Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.
Besides, he also has been teaching business law for many years to Vietnamese students or professionals, in particular at French – Vietnamese Center of Business Administration Training.
Furthermore, Albert FRANCESKINJ (AF) takes in co-operation with new agencies such as “Vietnam Economic Times”, “Vietnam Scoop” and “ Dien Dan Doanh Nghiep (Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce and Industry VCCI)” and to the section “Legal News” in the “Courrier Economique et Commercial” formerly (P.E.E.) of the French Embassy and makes appearance articles in French Central of Foreign Trade’s magazines and a book about extracted International Jurisprudences related to commercial exchange (in co-operation with VCCI).

Mr Tam Em is the past Director of S&S and still corporates with SS on projects base now. He first worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Vietnam in 1995 as financial accounting system manager and information system analyst and auditor. He has many years working experience through computerizing ERP, Auditor and IT system analyst for many multi-national companies in Hochiminh city and Hanoi. He owns a Master Degree in Economics. He also is a member of Vietnamese Certified Public Accountants since 1998. Mr. Ngo Hoai Tam Em has got a Vietnamese Auditor’s Certificate No. 0276/KTV granted by the Ministry of Finance on May 18th 1995.

Mr Tran Hai Chau is in charge of S&S’s Tax and Legal Services. He also has oversight responsibility for Financial Advisory Services and Investment & Corporate Services Groups of S&S. Chau holds the Master of Corporate Finance, Bachelor of Business Law degree and Bachelor College Degree in Informatics. Mr Chau worked for KPMG where he was responsible for and had been involved in a wide range of advice on taxation and investment for clients. Chau is also engaged in reviews of financial model, tax reviews of financial statements for multinational clients, regulatory audits for reports to the authorities of Vietnam and internal control reviews. Previously, he had five years’ audit experiences as working for another audit firm. Chau’s clients include international corporations, foreign bank branches and foreign invested projects in Vietnam operating in the financial services, manufacturing, energy and natural resources and consumer goods industries. He is also collaborator of Quarterly Newsletter, published by Ho Chi Minh City Association of Accountants.

Ms. Dang Thi Thuy Trang has been offered to work as a Senior Auditing Manager at S&S in 2006. She has always been growing her auditing profession both in education and work. After University graduation she got a work right with a foreign investment business and keeps promoting her practices on a basic accountant background to a full-time auditor servicing clients with accounting, auditing and consulting. She is able to communicate in 3 languages (Vietnamese, English and Chinese) and specialized in computerized accounting management. Her university study majored in Finance certified with a Bachelor of Arts in 2000. A few years after, she successfully passed the Vietnamese CPA exam. In support to her finance and auditing knowledge, she has attended Informatics classes at the University of Economics. The young professional auditor Dang Thi Thuy Trang can assure helping out any foreign investment business to keep their operation in line with the Vietnamese and International accounting standards. Ms. Dang Thi Thuy Trang has got a Vietnamese Auditor’s Certificate No. 1094 /KTV granted by the Ministry of Finance on December 14th 2005.

Mr. Do Ngoc Huu is a certified public accountant with his first Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Auditing of University of Economics HCMC, in 2003. He has just finished the master study on Finance at University of Economics HCMC in 2007. Besides his wide knowledge in accounting system and finance management, he has built up his auditing and consulting career with independent experience in various business domains likely state-owned companies, private businesses, joint-stock enterprises, administrative offices….His interest now focuses on consulting businesses to establish an internal control system . He is specialized in evaluating and analyzing financial position of a company. At S&S, he is leading the young accountants and auditors to practice independent accounting professional, help customers to do annual income tax filing. He can provide strategic and long-range financial organization and planning. To serve the new and very small businesses, he can help them to establish checks and balances in their accounting system. His help has supported a lot of medium and small sized business who worries about leaving single- accountant or bookkeeper to handle every aspect of an accounting system. He usually communicates with clients in English.

Nguyen Huynh Phuong Thao got a BA in accounting of the University of Economic, HCM city in 2003. She spent 1 more year on finance courses study at the Financial Institute, HCMC. Further, she had almost 2 years living in Germany for language practice at Goethe Institut. Experienced with store accounting, monthly and quarterly reporting, dealing with customers , advise on their accounting system, Ms. Thao shows her expertise in common accounting tasks include: entering and updating daily account ledgers; running and maintaining computer accounting systems; performing periodic audits and checks; producing monthly and quarterly reports; running payroll functions; filing income taxes. Ms. Thao is becoming a public accountant of capability and trustworthy. She is determined to get a certified public accountant in 2008.

Huy Hau Pham works as our senior auditor with a lot of experience in Vietnamese accounting system. He is good at management skills and able to work hard, traveling upon the work situational emergency. Mr. Hau graduated from the University of Economic in HCMC with a BA in Accounting and Auditing. He monitors the juniors’ performance on auditing, especially on monthly financial statements and often gives opinions about clients’ financial reports. His team enjoys working under his motivating initiatives to perform tasks in a timely manner. Before joining S&S, Mr.Hau had worked at the Public Asset management, Department of Finance in HCMC. He has a lot of local authoritative contacts. He also directs his team doing accounting services like monthly reports, income statements and audits.

Miss Phuong Hang graduated university with a Bachelor of Korean language, at HCMC Foreign Language Information Technology University (Huflit), in 2007. She started at S&S Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. as a secretary after a 6-month course at University of Economy. With her good bilingual communication skills in Korean and Vietnamese, she gets on well with many customers and visitors. She adapts new things quickly with well-responded ability. She is a person of dynamic, patient, confident and well-organized. Her first contribution to S&S Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd is the countless documents now available in Korean, next to the existing English- Vietnamese database. Her interest now aims at learning more about Korean culture.

Tran Thi Yen Phuong has been an Audit Manager of the S&S Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. She has over five years of experience in the field of accounting and auditing various companies in Vietnam. Ms. Phuong has showed her strong commitments to community from the very early years of studying at the University. She obtained some scholarships granted by the University of Economics, AUPELF organization and of Vietnamese Students’ Association. In 2002, She finished her first BA in Accounting and Auditing at the Economics University and got her second BA in English at the University of Social, Science and Humanity of Ho Chi Minh City, in 2005. Her life-long learning has continued with a recent MBA degree granted by the University of Economics in 2006. She often helps the customers to complete the sophisticated filing and financial reporting system to the requirement from many local authorities in any circumstances. Her availability to the customers in the past years of 2005, 2006 was an excellence that the company can recognize for long.

Mr. Phung Minh Duc is an IT project manager in S&S Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd,. He is a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, graduated from University of Natural Sciences, the top national university of Vietnam. Since graduation, he has focused his interest in software development. His career has been growing with certificates of MCP.NET (VB.NET); MCP of Microsoft Dynamics Axapta. At S&S now, he is leading the design of Smartbooks ERP system. His team is producing a computerized system to help various clients do accounting easily because their business objectives can be tailored accordingly. Clients can organize business finances all in one place and monitor their own business in compliance with the VAS and IAS standardized invoices & reports system. With his over 5+ years of experience in analysis, design, coding, in Viet Nam, Mr. Duc is confident to develop real-time complex multi-tier applications after his valuable hands-on experience in writing complex procedures in inventory, sales tracking, human resource management, accounting and financial systems for big companies. He has deployed and customized Solomon accounting software from international standards into a compatible application with the Vietnamese accounting standards for many private businesses specialized in multi trading, manufacture, consumer products, industrial textile, and services. He has a good knowledge on OOP, VB 6.0, VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML., CSS, Crystal Reports , Oracle, MS Access, Multi-threaded programming, OOPS concepts, Windows, UNIX environments. He has developed the applications matching on the popular operating systems as SQL Server, Windows 2000 Advance Server, Windows XP, and Windows 2003 Server. He can communicate in English as an experienced project leader to manage project schedule performance with excellent technical problem solving and code debugging skills.

Miss Tran Thi Truc Phuong is an IT consulting manager in S&S Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. She graduated from HUFLIT University, Ho Chi Minh city in 2003, majored in Programming and Development. She has accumulated years of experience working on accounting and information management system. Her current interest centers at Human resource software design which can well integrate into the whole accounting software Smart Books. She is first an architect of HR module in the whole Smartbooks application. With more than 5 years of experience in analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation, dozens of successfully designed solutions and databases can be developed from skills in applying XML/XSLT, XML Web Services, HTML , CSS, JavaScript, OOP, SourceSafe, Java, MTS/COM+, C++, ADO.NET, data warehousing, MySQL, FoxPro (VFP), Crystal Reports, SQL Reporting Services and more. With her liberal expertise She has helped clients getting through the logical and physical structure of the application. She has created sophisticated database records and automatic reports compatible to the regulated accounting standards of VAS and IAS. She has worked mainly on garment and other industrial manufacturing enterprises with a labor force of size 1,000+, 2000+, 3000+. The scripting languages in IT development she bases her work on are VBScript, Java Script, HTML/DHTML, XML Component Technologies:, MSMQ.

Mr. Phan Vinh Tan is an IT consultant working for S&S Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. He is specialized in accounting and management information system. He has rooted his years of contribution to S&S customer’s service from the very beginning time of the company. He is now working as Errors /trouble-shooting techniques consulting to clients and provides the hotline phone instructions and services on accounting information management system. He has personally experienced working with the business structure of 100% foreign investment, joint venture, private ownership within the Korean business community. His coordination between team members on accounting application can add or upgrade clients accounting systems using computers and software to automate much of the clients’ tedious accounting work. Mr. Tan is very responsive to the needs of more sophisticated solutions from clients and many times he helps them effective solutions.
